How we process account information, encryption standards, and data protection

Effective: Jan 01, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to deliver reliable automated VPS installations and account management:

  • Account Credentials: Your name, email address, and encrypted passwords.
  • Server Deployment Logs: Temporary IP address of the target server, selected operating system, hardware disk identifiers, and installation progress status.
  • Payment Records: Transaction numbers, order amounts, and payment statuses. We do NOT store raw credit card numbers or banking passwords. All card transactions are processed securely by PayPal REST API or Stripe. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed by Plisio non-custodial gateways.
  • 2. How We Use Information

We use your information exclusively to:

  • Provision and execute requested operating system deployments.
  • Deliver transactional notifications, including RDP credentials and ticket replies.
  • Authenticate API and CLI token requests.
  • Prevent fraudulent deployment abuse and protect server infrastructure.
  • 3. Data Retention & Credential Encryption

  • Passwords: All administrative RDP passwords, gateway keys, and SMTP secrets are protected using Laravel's AES-256 encrypted casting or bcrypt password hashing.
  • One-Time Scripts: Deployment download tokens expire automatically within 60 minutes of generation.
  • 4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use minimal browser cookies and local storage tokens solely for session authentication and user theme preferences (dark/light mode). We do not utilize intrusive third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

    5. Your Rights

Under applicable data privacy regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to inspect, export, or request the permanent deletion of your account and deployment history. You can update your profile or delete your account at any time via the profile settings or by submitting a support ticket.
